Distance - 40 minute drive

This restaurant is well worth the 40 minute drive. It has classic French elegance, with possibly the best food I’ve eaten in France. It’s a long affair, so save at least 2.5 hours for a meal. It is situated on the Canal du Midi so you ca have a lovely walk before and/or after lunch. In summer you can sit outside, it really is stunning and an absolute must see. Make sure you reserve a table.
