The outdoor pool area is outstanding and designed with an outdoor lifestyle in mind, all looking over the glistening swimming pool surrounded by a picturesque private natural stone terrace and summer kitchen with barbecue. There is also a full bathroom and shower in the pool/bar area, bespoke hand printed cement tiles made just for this property. Of course there has to be an outdoor shower in addition – who doesn’t love showering outside on a warm summer evening…?

FIVE BEDROOMS
Five beautifully decorated and furnished bedrooms, with high ceilings, views of the gardens and pool hand printed tiles with new windows set in the original stone openings. Designed to let in the southern sunlight and new wooden shutters to keep it out when required. All rooms have air conditioning, so when the sun is at its hottest, you will stay cool.
VIOLETTE
Bedroom 3 - (1st floor)
Violette is a 1st floor bedroom with exposed beams, chandeliers, huge ceiling height French windows with views over the pool and garden and wooden shutter to keep the heat and/or light out.
This bedroom is accessed by the spiral staircase in from the kitchen and has its own ensuite, original French cement floor tiles doors, beams and chandeliers. The bedroom can be totally independent or can be accessed via Garance making it perfect for children. The bed can be a king or twin single beds.
ANEMONE
Bedroom 4 - Master bedroom (2nd floor)
This is the huge spectacular master bedroom, with multiple lit exposed beams, exposed stone work there are several windows overlooking the pool and garden.
There is a rolltop bath in the bedroom and a sofa area. Across the landing and private to this bedrooms the magnificent marble bathroom with a double shower, twin basins and original marble fireplace complimented with a huge French window.
LILIANE
Bedroom 1 - (1st floor)
Liliane is 1st floor bedroom with exposed stonework, two sets of huge ceiling height French windows with views over the pool and garden and wooden shutters to keep the heat and/or light out.
Accessed using the main staircase, it has original tiled flooring and original feature tiles. The bed can be a king or twin single beds.
This bedroom uses the 1st floor bathroom (opposite on the landing) with roll top bath, large walk in rainfall shower and original stonewall features.
GARANCE
Bedroom 2 - (1st floor)
Garance is a 1st floor ensuite bedroom with exposed beams, chandelier, huge ceiling height French windows with views over the pool and garden and wooden shutter to keep the heat and/or light out. It has original French cement floor tiles.
The bedroom can be totally independent or can also be accessed via Violette making it perfect for children. The bed can be a king or twin single beds.
REINE
Bedroom 5 - (2nd floor)
Reine is a 2nd floor ensuite bedroom with with views over the pool and garden. This bedroom is accessed by the beautiful cast iron spiral staircase in from the kitchen and has its own ensuite, original French cement floor tiles, doors, beams and chandeliers.
The bedroom can be totally independent but can also be accessed by the master bedroom (Anémone) making it perfect for children. The bed can be a king or twin single beds.
SEPARATE BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have luxury fixtures from Burlington and Heritage and one bathroom has an original fire surround, one has a stone archway. This house is filled with so much light and so many original features such as elegant high ceilings, original tiled flooring, stone archways and intricate design. Traditionally furnished with comfort in mind, there’s an air of old-fashioned romance whether it’s the fireplaces, the sweeping staircase, beautiful French windows or original stone windows.

The kitchen is nothing short of spectacular, it’s is solid wood, handmade, hand painted with solid brass handles and granite worktops, its a large kitchen and the heart of the house with an island to stand around and a handmade dining table.
